So the question is where does Canadian Tire Store 362 get the authority to violate inalienable rights and discriminate against customers!! Why did they not back up their claimed authority with proof?

Court order registered in the Superior Court of British Columbia
On Thursday, March 10, 2016 an “exchange of consents” court order was registered in a Nanaimo County Courthouse regarding the Canadian Tire Corporation and the associate store in Nanaimo British Columbia and the affiant. The court order was not rejected by the registrar and is therefore in good standing.
The court order was supported by an affidavit that was not rebutted in the time frame given.
The Canadian Tire Corporation and the associate store in Nanaimo British Columbia have 30 days from today Wednesday, March 16, 2016 to satisfy the court order requirements.
