Policy enforcement officers have no authority over a man or woman and all cops are Policy enforcement officers
Policy enforcement officers includes anyone that is quoting statute law and issuing tickets.
"Is that an order?" The Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 4. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
Not all Policy enforcement officers only operate in the civil law society. Some are common law positions that the juristic units have commandeered at least the name part to confuse people!
Sheriffs, peace officer and policemen or policewomen but not police officers are common law people supposedly but not in our reality today. People that are here to serve and protect human rights. Only when they have an injured party and an independent witness do they have any authority over us and they do not require our consent but they cannot violate our human rights.
