Isn't it a bit like now?

Surprisingly, Canadians are alright with all these same issues repeated ad nauseum, repeatedly fixed according to the elected clowns and their colour of law. Then a short while later more problems must be found and sold to us to keep us distracted but in line – same crap just in different piles over and over again!

Maybe we should look past all their nonsense talked about on the nightly news to distract us, and see what governments never want us to find out!
Family matters
March 8, 2020

Family matters are protected by international human rights laws.

Our government are to be in full compliance with those laws according to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
Section 26 - Other rights or freedoms that exist in Canada
26. The guarantee in this Charter of certain rights and freedoms shall not be construed as denying the existence of any other rights or freedoms that exist in Canada.

Canadians have rights and freedoms under laws other than the Charter. The purpose of section 26 is to ensure that these rights or freedoms are not extinguished because they are not expressly spelled out in the Charter. It also makes clear that Parliament and the legislatures are free to create rights beyond those that are in the Charter. By establishing basic or minimum rights, the Charter does not restrict the creation or enjoyment of other rights.

Surprisingly Canadians are alright with these human right violations that governments have been perpetrating on us for over 70 years!

Support for a human being under international law from 70 plus years ago

Universal Declaration of Human Rights - https://www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/index.html

(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights - https://www.ohchr.org/en/professionalinterest/pages/cescr.aspx
entry into force 3 January 1976,

Article 11
1. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, including adequate food, clothing and housing, and to the continuous improvement of living conditions. The States Parties will take appropriate steps to ensure the realization of this right, recognizing to this effect the essential importance of international co-operation based on free consent.
2. The States Parties to the present Covenant, recognizing the fundamental right of everyone to be free from hunger, shall take, individually and through international co-operation, the measures, including specific programmes, which are needed:
(a) To improve methods of production, conservation and distribution of food by making full use of technical and scientific knowledge, by disseminating knowledge of the principles of nutrition and by developing or reforming agrarian systems in such a way as to achieve the most efficient development and utilization of natural resources;
(b) Taking into account the problems of both food-importing and food-exporting countries, to ensure an equitable distribution of world food supplies in relation to need.

Family Law

Administrative law and provincial and federal courts only apply to corporate soles because neither offer full disclosure and none is required under the corporate governments.

Yes, that is right, if you do not know your rights, they have you!  You are in an illegal contract with a corporation claiming to be your government and you believe it is!

Any agreements with government in reality is a contract and subject to contract law.

If government did not tell you that, that is you not receiving full disclosure – contract void! Yes that applies to any contract and all those things you applied to the government for!

The fact the government does not want you to know as a human being is, governments are giving corporate soles government approval to do many different things so they can generate revenue through fees and fines etcetera! Anything the government allows its corporate soles to do you have the human right to do without their permission or generating revenue through fees and fines!

Under these contracts you are temporarily not humans but corporate soles. Soles subject to the corporation’s courts and statutes that do not address you as a human being, but have you playing the part of the corporate sole you agreed to! [Yes, you did agree but it has no legal standing if you were not told about that fact]

Yes, it is that simple but accepting the fact that the education system was used to dumb us all down to all this and into believing that governments protect us.
Only problem is that is like having a fox guard the hen house. It is very easy pickings for them.

And in the case of governments having the authority or jurisdiction to grant divorces when human beings usually married “before god “a lifetime contract until death do us part”. AH No! That fallacy gives corporate government the ability to replace human rights with family law and family courts if you believe their B.S.

Any corporate government claiming differently and can prove it using section 91 and 92 of the British North America Act as your only source of authority please do so!  I will post your sworn affidavit rebuttal below!
